These terms cover the foremlabs.ai website, the Forem Labs coaching practice, and the FORMA iOS app. By using any of them, you agree to these terms.
Read this section carefully. It is the most important one here.
Our coaching and the FORMA app provide fitness programming and education. They are not medical advice, and they are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Nothing in the app, the programs, or your conversations with the AI coach should be treated as coming from a doctor.
Consult a physician before starting any training program, especially if you have a pre-existing condition, an injury, or any doubt about whether an exercise is safe for you.
Exercise carries an inherent risk of injury. By using our coaching or the FORMA app, you accept that risk. You train at your own risk, and you are responsible for training within your own abilities. If something hurts, stop.
FORMA subscriptions are billed through your Apple account at the price shown at purchase. They renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel anytime in your App Store subscription settings, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We don't offer refunds for partial periods except where required by law or by Apple's policies.
Use FORMA as a person training with a coach. Don't reverse engineer the app, don't attempt to misuse or manipulate the AI coach, and don't share your account. One account, one athlete.
The app, the training programs, and all content belong to Forem Labs. Your subscription gives you a personal license for your own individual use. It doesn't give you the right to copy, resell, or redistribute any of it.
Max, the AI coach, is good but not infallible. It can make mistakes. Use your own judgment, report anything that seems wrong, and stop any exercise that causes pain. When the AI and your body disagree, listen to your body.
The website, the coaching practice, and the app are provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Forem Labs is not liable for injuries, losses, or damages arising from your use of our services, including your training decisions and outcomes.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA.
We may update these terms from time to time. If you keep using the site or the app after an update, that's acceptance of the new terms.
