Forem Labs (foremlabs.ai) is a coaching practice. This policy covers two things: this website, and the FORMA iOS app. If you use either one, this is how we handle your data.
The apply form collects your name, your email, and your answers to two questions (where you are now and where you want to be). Submissions are forwarded directly to the coach via the Telegram Bot API. They are not stored on our servers.
That's it. No cookies, no analytics, no tracking pixels, no ad tech.
FORMA is a coaching app, so it collects the data a coach needs to coach you:
Account. Your email address and authentication credentials.
Intake and profile. Your training goals, experience, available equipment, schedule, and health information you choose to provide, including injuries and medications.
Training data. Your workouts, sets, loads, personal records, and recovery self-reports.
Nutrition data. Meals and macros you log, plus photos you take of meals, barcodes, or nutrition labels for food recognition.
Coaching conversations. Your messages with Max, the AI coach.
Storage. App data is stored in Supabase (managed Postgres, hosted in the United States), encrypted in transit and at rest.
AI processing. Coaching features are powered by Anthropic's Claude models. To generate your programs and coaching responses, relevant profile, training, and health context is sent to Anthropic's API. Anthropic does not use API data to train its models.
Barcode scans. When you scan a barcode, we look it up in the OpenFoodFacts database. Only the barcode number is sent, nothing else.
We don't sell your data. We don't share it with advertisers. We don't embed third-party analytics SDKs. We don't run ads. Your data exists to coach you, and that's the whole job.
Health information is sensitive and we treat it that way. It is used only to deliver your coaching. It is never used for marketing and never sold, full stop.
We keep your data while your account is active. You can request full deletion of your account and data at any time, either through the app or by emailing hello@foremlabs.ai. We complete deletion within 30 days.
